Individual direction
Training should reflect your body, experience, schedule, and goals—not someone else’s template.

Meet the founder
ThinkFit Club grew from Zeeshan Ali’s lifelong drive to understand training, nutrition, and what it takes to create lasting change.

Zeeshan’s story
Athletics shaped Zeeshan’s early life. He competed in basketball, football, track, and volleyball before discovering strength training at a local gym. What started as a way to stay active quickly became a deeper interest in exercise science, kinesiology, physical therapy, and nutrition.
After years of learning and working as a personal trainer across Chicagoland, Zeeshan prepared for his first Men’s Physique competition with encouragement from his father. The experience sharpened his understanding of building muscle, reducing body fat, and using nutrition with purpose.
That knowledge became the foundation for ThinkFit Club: serious training environments where people receive clear direction, practical support, and the accountability to keep moving forward.
