TeamZee will give you the guidance you need to use the equipment with confidence, give you the motivation to succeed, and the education to ensure you establish healthy and effective exercise patterns from the beginning. Your personal trainer will help create an exercise program that will challenge your body and help obtain results faster and more effectively.
Boot Camp
A fun, intense and challenging class that will give you the foundation of a new, healthy lifestyle. Sessions will combine cardio training with resistance and weight work, which maximizes caloric burn both during and after the workout!!!!
Group Training
Lose body fat, tone up and get in the best shape with small group personal training sessions. Group personal training
can make achieving your fitness goals more enjoyable and motivating than you ever thought possible. Whether it’s the
fun atmosphere, the motivation from the trainer, the camaraderie and energy of the group, or the variety in programming, our clients love our group training sessions. *Groups up to 4 people.*
Nutrition Plans
Exercise is only half the battle. In order to get the most out of your workouts you must know what and how to eat. Each TEAMZEE easy to follow meal plan is customized by taking
your stats to reach your goals the best way possible.

Alvin realized the importance of making some major changes to his nutrition and his workout regiment. Despite being around delicious food all day at work and amazing Indian food at home, Alvin made major changes in his diet. He also diligently schedules 3-4 personal training sessions per week. Zeeshan's Story
Certified Personal Trainer
Being active and athletics has always been a huge part of my life. In high school I played every sport you could think of from basketball and football to running track and volleyball. As my high school career was coming to an end I found myself wondering how I would address this void that athletics had always filled.
Following a friend's advice I joined a local gym and began working out and lifting weights regularly. I fell in love with the fitness world instantly. With encouragement from my father I began delving further into nutrition science and researching information on fields like exercise, kinesiology, and physical therapy. I was hooked and the more knowledgeable I became the more I strived to learn.
After a few years of working at local gyms in the Chicagoland area as a personal trainer and continuing to build my knowledge of the fitness world, I decided to take the plunge. Again with my fathers encouragement I began prepping for my first Men’s Physique competition. After this experience I knew that fitness in all its forms was what I wanted to do with the rest of my life.
I have a passion for personal training and motivating and creating positive change for my clients is one of my greatest joys. I truly approach every client with an “I’m in it with you” mentality. I create specific exercise programs and track your progression dynamically in a way that you can understand and follow along. As a fitness professional, I combine a positive attitude with individualized and effective exercises suiting your specific goals. I also utilize my education in nutrition and dietetics to help ensure that clients have a great understanding of how to properly fuel their bodies for the best possible results.

Zeeshan Ali
Certified Personal Trainer
Zeeshan Ali, was an all-around athlete for the first couple of years of high school. He played Basketball, Football, Track and Volleyball. As junior year approached he decided sports was not fulfilling the void he had and decided to stop playing. Zeeshan with his father’s encouragement, joined a local gym and started studying and researching nutrition and exercise. He decided to give this a chance and see if this was his calling.
As time went by, Zeeshan strived to be the best and as knowledgeable as he could be. Was it easy? No. But he kept pushing himself to excel. After a few years went by of working at local gyms in the Chicagoland area and gaining knowledge of the fitness world, Zeeshan started preparing for his dad’s dream of going on stage. After his first show, he was hooked. He went on to compete in many more and he will continue to compete in more body building competitions. From these competitions he has learned how to drop body fat and obtain lean muscle.
Zeeshan has a passion for personal training and instructing and enjoys motivating his clients to the fullest. He will create a specific exercise programs and track your progression for success. As a fitness professional, Zeeshan executes a positive attitude combined with challenging exercises suiting your specific goals. His education in nutrition and love of fitness makes him a perfect trainer for many different types of individuals.
